Medical Records Access

After the closure, patient records for patients of Dr. Alias, Dr. Diamond, Dr. Fox, Dr. Okunola, and Dr. Rosenberg will be transferred to Morgan Records Management, LLC, the official records custodian. Records will be securely maintained for at least 7 years from your last date of service, in compliance with applicable laws.
